Leads our public sector practice.

One of Ameo’s founding partners, Ben has more than fifteen years’ experience helping organisations resource for and deliver change. He’s spent a large portion of his career working in the public sector, building change and transformation teams for high profile, government-led initiatives. He’s a devoted family man and loves talking about his kids and Legoland… Also an aspiring Mr Universe, Ben hopes one day to regain his crown with the help of his fit-bit.

Mike
Dearing

Partner

Leads our advisory practice and oversees internal operations.

Pragmatic and delivery-focused, Mike spent his early career in a range of consultancies, including the Big Four, before taking on executive roles as Director of Transformation and Managing Director of a shared service company. He’s an expert in many fields, including large-scale transformation, target operating design and delivery, board level development, senior stakeholder engagement and quality assurance. In Mike’s spare time, he can be found refurbishing his dream house (currently a leaky wreck of a listed building) or walking his dogs… ideally to the pub.

Tom
Bright

Director

Leads our private sector practice.

Tom has worldwide experience of delivering programmes and projects that impact upon people, processes and systems. He’s worked across energy, utilities, retail, financial services, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and private healthcare to implement change initiatives that have cut across HR, finance process re-engineering, target operating models, communications, engagement and many other areas. Tom is a lover of all sport - especially cricket and Tottenham Hotspur (which causes him more pain than anything in his career ever will).
